Hello, grishlab

Hi. Welcome to grishlab — the new site.

What happened to the last one

My previous website was an overcomplicated blogging site. It had a section for journaling, a section for tech posts, and a section for things I was learning. Sounded organized on paper. In reality, my tech life and my personal life got mixed up everywhere, keeping it all straight took effort, and it stopped being a site I could actually keep up with. So I took it down.

This one

This site is the opposite: very simple, nothing fancy, no sections to maintain. One blog, posts show up as I write them — that’s the whole system.

I’ll still write about tech sometimes. A little bit, labeled as tech when it is. But life posts are the main thing here, and tech doesn’t take over like last time.

Honestly

No themes, no big ideas. I just think stuff and put it here.
